Vacancy for Senior Butler at 4S Villas, Seminyak

Required professional and experienced candidates to filled vacant position to be placed in one of our property in Gua Gong Jimbaran area operated by VillaNabali Villa & Rental management to filled the position as:

SENIOR BUTLER

JOB PURPOSE
Have responsibilities to provide personalized and professional service to all guests who stay in the villa. The working schedule will be based on Villa operation required

The Senior Butler will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the villa standard service, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

QUALIFICATION
  • Work in 3 or 4 star properties previously
  • Have Butlers background or experiences at least 1 years
  • Have Food & Beverage service experience background
  • Have a strong Housekeeping background
  • Fluent in English and not shy to open communication with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To welcome, to check-in/ -out every guest according to the procedures of welcoming checklist.
  • Plan menus and cook and serve meals and to purchase or order groceries and household supplies to keep kitchens stocked and record expenditures
  • To be aware of the expected arrival time and current guest’s departure time.
  • To inspect expected arrival villa: cleanliness, amenities, AC, light, Telephone line, TV, Mini Bar, Hot/cool water, toilet flash, garden, pool.
  • To report any issues in the villa to villa manager.
  • To handle and monitor guest complaint following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
