GUEST RELATION & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:

General Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years working experience in the same / similar position in 4 / 5 stars hotels. 
  • Strong consumer and product awareness.
  • Excellent in English written and verbal communication.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Familiar with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Path, etc.
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques.
  • Graduated from Hotel’s School or S1 Faculty of Economic.
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, customer oriented, energetic, and pleasant personality.
