WAITER / WAITRESS

Job Description
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu question, the leghth of wait, recook and product availability
  • Record transaction in system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and / or beverage
  • Pick up trays and clean table as needed to ensure a clean dining area
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage item to proper area
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking item, turning off light etc
  • Present physical and accurate check to customer and process payment
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other, support team to reach common goal listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

Requirement
  • Male/Female
  • Min SMK/ Diploma in Hospitality
  • Experience min 2 year at same position
  • Good command of English
  • Can join immediately
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work as a team as well as independently
