PT. Zen Jiwa Raga, a hospitality management in Bali established since 2004, is looking for potential candidate to fill position as:

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Main responsibilities:
You will be involved in different projects of PT. Zen Jiwa Raga, such as:
  • bridges Bali restaurant, bar and terrace
  • ONEWORLD Retreats/Kumara Sakti resort
  • ONEWORLD Ayurveda/Abing resort

This position is created to unite all food and nutrition aspects into one competence center.

Executive Chef will report to CEO and GM of PT. Zen Jiwa Raga and work closely within the structures of each project.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in international cuisine, food ingredients and trends
  • The skills to develop menus
  • Strong in food cost and stock control
  • Computer literate 
  • Good leadership & communication skills
  • Indonesian nationals are encouraged to apply 
  • Able to communicate in English
