About The Role
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts that impact the off-line segment of business in the most profitable and strategic way possible. The role involves managing a defined list of accounts as well as being proactive in finding new business for the hotel.

About The Role
  • Drive high end off-line sales from across the global market.
  • Optimize relationships with key clients and agents.
  • Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and sales team on property.
  • Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
  • Produce sales activity reports as required.

What we are looking for
  • Luxury hotel and resort sales experience is essential.
  • Current experience within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
  • A self-motivated, driven, results orientated and proactive attitude is required
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
